At "[S-SCH15-01] 學校管理 > 計劃科目資料 > 數據收集", correct 2 Chinese messages:
1. 學校資料仍然未確定，數據不能收集至計劃科目資料工作區
2. 注意： 資料已經儲存在計劃科目資料工作區。進行數據收集將會取代工作區現存的全部資料學校有多過一個學校級別，只有中學的數據會被收集至計劃科目資料工作區
